  Not enough help? I wasn't even in the store, I just called and was put on hold for 12 minutes before I hung up and called again. It was the same frazzled gal that picked up again and she said "please hold". I said right off that I had already been on hold and she was snarky and said they had a long line. i hung up. I wasnt' about to wait for thaat long line of customers before I was spoken to. Short staffed? Poor management? Busy holiday season for sure, but gear up Gamestop, Christmas is coming
